Patient Placement Coordinator

Catherine’s expertise is in program development and coordination to support improvements in health and community capacity-building.  She has extensive experience promoting healthy living and supporting chronic disease self-management through techniques such as motivational interviewing, confidence-based goal-setting and cognitive behavioural therapy.  Catherine’s skills include public speaking, group facilitation, event coordination, and team-building.  Her background is in fitness and nutrition, with a degree in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia.
