Canadian Health Improvement Forum

Thank you for attending the first Canadian Health Improvement Forum held Saturday, March 21, 2009. 

Over 250 Canadian participants came together to showcase the best of clinical office redesign in Canada and to share their experiences of improving health quality in primary care as well as in other outpatient and ambulatory settings.

We invite the participants to give their opinions about this Forum and to suggest topics and speakers for future Forums, webconferences and discussions. This Forum is the beginning of an ongoing Canadian dialogue and we want your feedback to help shape future events.
