Practice Support Program | Mental Health - Making It Real

The Practice Support Program's Mental Health module introduces a mental health training program for physicians that will assist them to screen patients with a wide range of mental health conditions. It also provides skills training and resources for treating patients with mild to moderate depression.
The program introduces simple treatment approaches that can be used in billable time - practitioners will enhance their skills and confidence in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions while increasing patient satisfaction and engagment in self-management of mental health concerns.

This program meets the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been accredited for MAINPRO_M1 credits (effective until July 2010).
