This is a recording of the Get Real: Partnerships for Moving Health Literacy Forward session that was held on the 10th December 2009 in Vancouver, BC. The objectives of the meeting were:

1. Raise awareness of health literacy as a strategy to improve health
2. Build will to make changes to improve health literacy
3. Share ideas that have been tried in BC in physician practices and adult literacy programs
4. Gather ideas and create partnerships to move health literacy as a strategy in primary health care forward in BC
