Needs Analysis

Whether you have a clear sense of your goal or are struggling to begin, our team will help you define the aim of your initiative and determine the best way forward.

Improvement Strategies

Using our expertise in quality improvement methodologies in partnership with your team, we will identify and recommend improvement strategies specific to your goals. This will include identifying the required resources and the time frame in which sustained improvement can be expected.

Public Engagement Strategies

Using the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) spectrum of engagement framework, our IAP2 certified staff can support a range of public engagement needs. This includes designing engagement plans; advising on suitable engagement techniques; recruiting and preparing participants; facilitating the engagement; and reporting on outcomes.

Measurement & Evaluation

We design measurement frameworks to test change as well as evaluate the success of your initiative. The framework will provide indicators and measures needed to report-out on your initiative. Services can survey design, indicator development, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and evaluation.

Coaching

One-on-one or team-based coaching will enhance the situated learning of your team within the context of your improvement initiative. This means your team will move from the “know what” to the “know how”.  Our sessions may be provided in-person, by phone or online.

Facilitation

We provide facilitation for large and small groups. We work with you to identify the best facilitation techniques to meet your goals. Facilitation services may include design, planning, delivery and reporting-out with analysis.

Instructional Design

Whether looking to build skills, introduce new knowledge or ensure compliance with a new process, we develop learning platforms that build relationships with your audience. Instructional design considers your goals, your intended audience, and the working environment to recommend learning platforms to ensure a mastery of information and may include webinars, interactive online modules, or videos.

Training

Our interactive in-person, phone or web-based learning opportunities ensure learners gain, retain and apply new concepts. Whether project-specific, or focused on general quality improvement or engagement techniques, we will collaborate with you to design and deliver a training curriculum that works.
